My movies

Concept stolen from 'The Fellow Hoodlum'. Music pilfered from various bands. Videos extracted, by means of copyright abuse, from various SquareSoft Playstation games that I own.

There's really only one original thing in any of these videos, and that's the overlayed song title at the beginning, which was created by me, with The GIMP. With that said, I arranged/choreographed Square's excellent videos to some music of my choice, and so I have no right to call these videos mine, but I do anyway.

Do yourself a favour, and get the MPEG-4s. MPEG-4 is a FAR superior codec to all the others I've seen. Trust me on this. Half the size, many times the quality. You win. All my videos will be in MPEG-4 from now on.

IMPORTANT:

I highly recommend that if you use WINDOWS, you should install Quicktime. Yes, it's yucky, but it's free and it works well. If you really detest it, here is a DIFFERENT codec for Windows that can play all of my currently available videos. Like most Windows software, it is NOT FREE.

Mac/OS X users shouldn't need any additional software because it is included with the operating system, and Linux users are generally capable of fending for themselves.

Collective Soul "Precious Declaration"	Final Fantasy IX	AVI DivX ;-) MPEG-4 23.6MB	Well, after a long wait, you finally get your next video. I really hate the fact that non-suck video editing software is only available for the Mac. Being stuck with only Windows and Linux machines, that makes it difficult. Anyway, I hope you enjoy this latest creation.

Bif Naked "Only The Girl"	Final Fantasy X	MP4 (low-res) QuickTime MPEG-4 33.0MB	This one turned out alright. I wasn't really as big a fan of FFX as I was of previous FF games, but I know many loved it, so here you go! This movie is available only in MP4 format. Windows users can download the required codecs from 3ivx listed above. Worst case scenario, QuickTime is free and cross-platform. Apple has corrupted me, sorry. Don't pretend you didn't see that coming.

Emilie Autumn "Across The Sky"	Final Fantasy X	MP4 (low-res) QuickTime MPEG-4 17.3MB	I think this video is good, although a friend pointed out that it is lacking the tight connection to the music present in most of the other videos. That is true, I was feeling as if that was getting a little bit cheesy, so I tried to tone it down a bit. Perhaps a bit too much.

Eve 6 "Arch Drive Goodbye"	Final Fantasy VII	Quicktime MOV Quicktime MPEG-4 18.5 MB	I'm not sure what to say about this one. I like it. Very very much. Which is particularly impressive considering that it only took me two days to make. I also reimported all my FF7 source videos as much higher quality, and it really shows. I tried to mix in a bit of "Aeris/Tifa/Cloud love triangle" with some "Sephiroth is a jerk" for good measure.
Savage Garden "To The Moon And Back"	Final Fantasy VIII	Quicktime MOV Quicktime MPEG-4 31.9 MB	This is pure awesomeness condensed into video. Thanks to Jessy for the song recommendation. And thanks to someone who shall remain nameless for the inspiration.
Muse "Invincible"	Final Fantasy IX	Quicktime MOV Quicktime MPEG-4 36.2 MB	Yet another FF9 video. If you're watching carefully, you might notice a little pun that snuck in there. Overall it's a touch on the sentimental side.
